Epic, Athena Health, Kareo, eClinicalWorks and Practice Fusion handle encounters, orders and billing; Asseto handles the supply and asset layer they do not cover well (batch / lot, cold chain, device inventory for HIPAA §164.310). Data flows via CSV.
